Elizabeth authored over 350 administrative decisions and orders while at the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.  Her decisions can be found on the ABCC’s website.  Some of her decisions were appealed to and affirmed by the Massachusetts Superior Court, Appeals Court, and Supreme Judicial Court.  Such decisions on appeal include:

Elizabeth has appeared before the Massachusetts Superior Court, Appeals Court, and Supreme Judicial Court on various matters. Representative cases include:

  • Tax exemption appeal: New Habitat v. Tax Collector of Cambridge, 451 Mass. 729 (2008); and
